The pharmacist or the company referred to in article 34 of the law is required to take out a policy with an approved national insurance company to cover his professional risks.
A receipt for this policy shall be submitted to the Council of the Order at the beginning of each calendar year.
The lack of an insurance policy shall result, at the discretion of the Council of the Order or of the supervisory authority, seized for this purpose, the closure of the establishment until the presentation of a receipt proving payment of the insurance policy.
