RELATIONS WITH MEMBERS OF THE NON-PHARMACEUTICAL PROFESSION

A pharmacist shall maintain with his colleagues and other members of the medical profession feelings of esteem and confidence and shall be courteous to them in all circumstances.
He must, in his professional relations with members of the medical profession, in particular doctors, dental surgeons, delivery nurses, and nurses, respect their independence.
The quotation of scientific works in a publication, of any nature whatsoever, must be faithful and scrupulously loyal.
The pharmacist must avoid all actions tending to harm other members of the medical profession with respect to their clientele.
He must ensure that medical consultations or treatments are not carried out in his establishment, even by an authorized person.
