Any sharing of fees between medical and health professionals and other practitioners is strictly prohibited.
Each practitioner must charge separately.

It is forbidden for the medical-healthcare professional to provide curative and preventive care in a community or a public consultation of screening, to use this function to increase his clientele.
It is forbidden to slander a colleague, or, to make an echo remarks likely to harm him in the exercise of his profession.
Any misappropriation and any attempt to misappropriate clients are
prohibited.
It is forbidden for a medical professional practicing as an individual to
be assisted in the normal, usual, and organized practice of his profession except in cases of emergency.
