PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN METHODS IN THE SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS
(UNFAIR COMPETITION)

Pharmacists are strictly forbidden to undermine the principle of free choice of pharmacists by the patients, by granting directly or indirectly to some of them advantages not provided for by law.
The pharmacist must refuse to establish certificates or attestations of convenience.
He may not give consultations or issue medical prescriptions.
The pharmacist invested in an elective mandate or an administrative function must not use it to increase his clientele.
