The conditions to be met are as follows;
- Be a natural or legal person whose activity consists of installing, maintaining or servicing electronic communications equipment, infrastructure and networks,
- Have on its technical staff at least one engineer registered with the national order of electrical engineering engineers (ONIGE).
The documents to furnish are as follows;
- A form, to be collected from the agency, duly completed and stamped at the current rate, addressed to the Director General of L’ART.
- A copy of the certificate of registration in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register issued by the clerk of the court of first instance.
- A certified copy of the tax payer’s card issued by the tax office.
- A location map and any other information specifying the applicant’s contact details, issued by the relevant local tax authorities.
- A CV of the technical personnel.
- A detailed description of the equipment and tools used.
- The applicant’s references in the field of activity for which authorization is sought.
- A receipt for payment of the annual contribution to the sector’s management and regulatory costs for the first year of operation, issued by the ART etc.
In addition to the documents listed above:
For individuals
A certificate of enrolment on the roll of the National Order of Electrical Engineers.
For Legal Entities
A commitment to employ on a full-time basis at least one engineer registered on the roll of the National Order of Electrical Engineers.
