Magdalene is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Cameroon and Nigeria. She serves as a consultant in all legal issues related to foreign investment, intellectual property, Reorganisations, Restructuring, Acquisitions and Divestitures for major corporations, corporate tax related matters, real estate transactions, Contract engagements, Aviation and Shipping business, Commercial Arbitration, Employment engagements and related matters.

She has served as Legal adviser in DM and Partners Legal and Tax Consultancy Firm in Douala, Cameroon, and Myranthus Fosi Foundation of Biodiversity and Environmental Protection in Yaounde, Cameroon.

She is also very bilingual in the English and French language.
