Cameroon has no industrial mining history. Cameroon’s undeveloped mineral resources include Bauxite, Cobalt, Gold from lode deposits, Granite, Iron Ore, Nepheline Syenite, Nickel, Rutile etc.

The mining activity in Cameroon is regulated by Law No. 2016/017 of December 14^th 2016. The mining industry is a very fast-growing industry in Cameroon. The country being rich in minerals has attracted many investors to explore the opportunities it presents.
